Yeongam County to Recruit 80 Participants for Jobs for Vulnerable Groups
Implementation of 'Happiness and Local Community' Project
Yeongam County, Jeollanam-do (Governor Woo Seunghee) is accepting applications for participants in the "2025 Yeongam Happy Job and Local Community Job Project for the First Half of the Year" at each Eup/Myeon Administrative Welfare Center until the 15th.
According to the county on the 9th, this project provides temporary jobs to ensure the livelihood stability and economic participation of vulnerable job seekers. A total of 80 people will be selected for 38 projects, including administrative support for various departments and environmental maintenance. Yeongam residents aged 18 to 70 who meet the income and asset requirements are eligible to apply.
In addition to wages, participants will receive snack allowances, weekly and monthly paid leave allowances, and more. Those interested in participating can refer to the announcement on the Yeongam County website and submit their application at the Administrative Welfare Center of their registered address.
Jeon Hakjun, Director of the Local Circulation Economy Division, said, "We will provide economic support and opportunities for social participation to vulnerable job seekers through a fair qualification screening process."
