View original imageThe city of Gwangju announced on the 8th that it had appointed Lee Taegi (Grade 2, Financial Supervisory Service) as Financial Policy Cooperation Officer at the City Hall Business Room on the 7th.
The newly appointed Financial Policy Cooperation Officer will serve as a communication channel between Gwangju City and the Financial Supervisory Service for the next year, providing advice on establishing economic policies and managing finances in Gwangju, including interest rates, fund management, and cooperative projects with financial institutions (special guarantees).
Lee, a native of Gwangju, joined the Financial Supervisory Service in 2002 and has served in various roles including the Insurance Supervision Bureau, Life Insurance Inspection Bureau, and as Director of the Insurance Risk Management Bureau.
Gwangju City, which is pursuing various measures to stabilize the local economy amid internal and external uncertainties, expects that Lee will play a key role in promoting long-term economic stability and sustainability.
