"Let's Continue a Labor-Management Culture Based on Trust and Communication"
At the opening ceremony held on the 2nd at its headquarters in Yongsan-gu, Seoul, E1 announced that the labor union has delegated all matters related to the 2025 wages to the company. With this, E1 has achieved 30 consecutive years of wage negotiations without disputes since 1996.
The company explained that this was thanks to continuously holding management status briefings and labor-management meetings where employees and management share the company’s vision and candidly discuss current issues, thereby building mutual trust.
