The Korea Industrial Complex Corporation announced on the 30th that it will reorganize its organizational promotion system by 2025 to secure the sustainability of the organization and strengthen growth support for industrial complexes and ethical management.
The Corporation explained that this organizational restructuring is intended to respond to the social demands for the next 100 years of industrial complexes externally, and to promote a healthy organizational culture and strengthen compliance management internally.
To this end, 2 teams, 3 centers, 2 TFs, and 1 project group have been newly established. First, to improve organizational culture and strengthen audit functions, the Win-Win Welfare Team and Audit Team will be newly created. The Win-Win Welfare Team will promote innovation in organizational culture, such as strengthening communication between generations within the organization. The Opportunity Development Special Zone Center supports corporate regional investment and plans to back the expansion of policies fostering region-specific specialized industries. The Compliance and Ethics Center will build a sound ethical management culture by strengthening pre-audit consulting and other measures.
To lead the major transformation into a future-oriented industrial complex, the Data Platform TF and Cultural Industrial Complex Formation TF will be launched immediately. They aim to implement an integrated data platform targeting the transition to intelligent industrial complexes and to create a vibrant space where young people visit by strengthening the execution of cultural convergence industrial complex policies.
The Corporation also plans to establish the Ulsan Project Group to strengthen the financial soundness of the organization and support the upgrading of the petrochemical industry to overcome its crisis, thereby securing sustainability.
