Namwon Agricultural Technology Center to Reduce Agricultural Machinery Rental Fees Until Next Year
All 1,432 Rental Agricultural Machines of 105 Types Included
The Namwon Agricultural Technology Center in Jeonbuk has extended its agricultural machinery rental fee reduction policy until December 31 of next year.
According to the city on the 27th, the agricultural machinery rental fee reduction policy was implemented to ease the management cost burden on farmers and stabilize livelihoods.
This measure extends the existing reduction policy, which was scheduled to end on December 31, 2024, by one more year, and is expected to provide tangible benefits to farmers.
The fee reduction applies to all 1,432 rental agricultural machines across 105 types, allowing farmers to save approximately 230 million KRW in management costs.
A city official stated, "This extension was implemented to help farmers continue their production activities stably and revitalize the rural economy," adding, "We will continue to prepare various policies to alleviate the difficulties faced by farmers."
