Siemens' Carbon Footprint Tracking Solution SiGreen and Data Sharing
Carbon emission data management company Glassdome announced on the 12th that it has formed a partnership with Germany's Siemens. Glassdome plans to enhance its carbon emission data management solutions for automotive and electric vehicle battery manufacturers with extensive supply chains by sharing data with Siemens' carbon footprint tracking solution 'SiGREEN' and the EU data sharing platform 'Catena-X.'

View original imageThrough this collaboration, export-oriented manufacturing companies using Glassdome's solutions will be able to exchange data safely and smoothly with Catena-X, enabling them to respond to the rapidly increasing data integration requests from EU automotive manufacturers on Catena-X. Glassdome's solution collects carbon emission data from companies with various types of machinery and production lines and manages it comprehensively.

Glassdome CEO Ham Jin-gi stated, “Business cooperation through data sharing with global tech company Siemens and Catena-X, which is essential to the EU automotive industry supply chain, will greatly strengthen Glassdome's competitiveness.” He added, “In particular, through collaboration with LG Electronics VS Business Division, a global automotive electronics company, we expect to establish a sustainable verification system that will contribute to strengthening the automotive industry supply chain and competitiveness.”
