Hanam-si Lifts Land Transaction Permission Zone for Corporate Relocation Complex
10,599㎢ of Green Areas in Sangsan-gokdong, Choil-dong, Choi-dong, and Gwangam-dong
Hanam City, Gyeonggi Province (Mayor Lee Hyun-jae) announced that the land transaction permission zone of 16,599㎢ will be lifted as of December 10, 2024, in accordance with ‘Gyeonggi-do Public Notice No. 2024-2518’.

View original imageThe area where the land transaction permission zone is lifted is the green zone within Sangsangok-dong, Choil-dong, Choi-dong, and Gwangam-dong, designated by Gyeonggi Province from February 13, 2021, to February 12, 2025, to prevent real estate speculation in the Hanam Gyosan Public Housing District Corporate Relocation Complex.
From December 10, 2024, when the land transaction permission zone is lifted, contracts transferring ownership or superficies rights related to the land can acquire the land without land transaction contract permission, and the existing land use obligation of up to five years granted under the land transaction permission will also be extinguished.

An official from Hanam City stated, “We expect that lifting the land transaction permission zone in the area will alleviate inconveniences in exercising property rights for citizens, and we plan to block speculative transactions through continuous monitoring of real estate transactions.”
