Yongin-si Operates Integrated Support Center for Heavy Snow Damage
Consultation on Civil Complaints, Recovery Fund Loans, and National Pension Deferrals
Yongin City in Gyeonggi Province announced on the 9th that it has set up an Integrated Support Center on the first floor of the city hall to enable citizens affected by the heavy snowfall on the 27th and 28th of last month to receive convenient and prompt consultations.
The Integrated Support Center provides services such as receiving complaints related to snowfall damage, consultation on recovery fund loans, tax and national pension deferral consultations, and disaster psychological recovery counseling. Departments in charge of agriculture, livestock, small businesses, construction, and forestry, as well as the National Pension Service, Gyeonggi Credit Guarantee Foundation, NongHyup, and tax office participate in the consultation services.

Citizens who wish to receive consultation can visit the Integrated Support Center located on the first floor of the city hall or inquire by phone. Earlier, on the 5th, the city officially requested the government to declare a special disaster area for the rapid recovery and support of the snowfall damage.
