A woman in her 30s who, while intoxicated, damaged her own vehicle in the middle of the road and caused a disturbance has been handed over to the prosecution in custody.
The Seoul Gwanak Police Station announced on the 3rd that they had sent Ms. A to the prosecution in custody on the 29th of last month on charges of violating the Road Traffic Act (drunk driving).
Ms. A is accused of driving under the influence for about 3.4 km at 6:37 p.m. on the 21st of last month. At that time, her blood alcohol concentration was at the level warranting license cancellation. It was confirmed that no drugs were used.
