Hwaseong-si to Accept Applications for 47 Livestock Support Projects for Next Year Until the 20th
Hwaseong City in Gyeonggi Province is accepting unified applications for next year's livestock support projects until the 20th.
Next year's livestock support projects consist of a total of 47 projects worth approximately 9.9 billion KRW, aimed at increasing livestock farmers' income, improving odor issues, and preventing livestock diseases.
The support projects by category include ▲19 types of competitiveness enhancement projects for Hanwoo cattle, Korean pork, dairy farming, and poultry ▲14 types of projects for establishing eco-friendly livestock infrastructure and improving barn environments ▲3 types of projects to expand safe livestock product distribution channels ▲6 types of projects for prevention and management of livestock infectious diseases ▲5 types of horse industry promotion projects.

Applicants must be livestock business licensed or registered farms. Those wishing to apply should check the eligibility and requirements in each project guideline and submit the application form to the Dongbu or Dongtan branch office or the Eup/Myeon administrative welfare center. The city will review the feasibility of support for applicants and select beneficiaries through the Hwaseong City Local Subsidy Deliberation Committee.
