MyRealTrip Introduces Automatic International Flight Change Feature
Users Can Directly Make Changes Within the Platform
Average Time Reduced from 3 Days to 15 Minutes
MyRealTrip announced on the 7th that it has launched an international flight automatic change feature through collaboration with Topas Travel Information. Previously, changing international flight tickets on MyRealTrip required connecting with staff, making it difficult to check real-time seat availability and make changes. While waiting, if the remaining seats on the desired flight were sold out, customers had to purchase higher-tier seats, causing economic and time inconveniences.
Accordingly, MyRealTrip officially released the international flight automatic change feature after 8 months of collaboration with Topas. MyRealTrip users can now change international flight tickets directly within the platform without staff intervention, reducing the average processing time from over 3 days to just 15 minutes.
Additionally, the complex calculations required for ticket reissuance and refunds have been automated, significantly reducing operator errors. MyRealTrip’s international flight automatic change feature is initially applied to Korean Air flights and will expand to up to 20 airlines within the year.
