View original imageA call was made to the police precinct in Gwangjin-gu, Seoul, reporting that an explosive device had been planted in 'Seoul Children's Grand Park.' The police immediately launched a search.
According to the police, at around 8:20 PM on the 30th of last month, an unidentified person called the Hwayang Precinct of the Gwangjin Police Station and repeatedly said, "I have planted an explosive device in Children's Grand Park."
