Starting from the 27th, about 60 employees and their parents were invited, with plans to hold three more sessions over the next three months. Employees and their families toured key headquarters facilities such as the newly remodeled Integrated Control Center, Aviation Medical Center, Flight Training Center, and hangars, receiving introductions to the work conducted there. At the Flight Training Center, they learned about the Flight Training Device (FTD), a flight simulator, and had the opportunity to sit in the cockpit and hold the control stick themselves.
A Korean Air official stated, "To create a happy workplace, we will continue to provide various programs to communicate and foster harmony between the company and its employees."
