Establishment of Publishing Service Safety and Health Management System
Netmarble announced on the 27th that it has become the first company in the domestic gaming industry to obtain the 'Occupational Health and Safety Management System (ISO 45001)' certification.
ISO 45001 is an international standard certification related to occupational health and safety management established by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). It is awarded to companies that have a systematic management system in place to create a safe working environment, including efficient prevention of industrial accidents.
Based on the standards of the International Organization for Standardization, Netmarble reviewed its occupational health and safety management system for online and mobile game software development and publishing services, and obtained the 'ISO 45001' certification.
Netmarble plans to continue leading the spread of a safe working environment culture within the domestic gaming industry.

Meanwhile, to realize sustainable management, Netmarble established the 'ESG Management Committee' in 2021 and has published a total of four ESG reports to date. Last year, it transitioned the 'ESG Committee' to a board-level committee and has been actively carrying out various ESG management activities.
