The county holds monthly task force meetings to ensure the successful implementation of the mountain climbing completion certification project 'Orrego(GO) Hamyang.' In this second meeting, the task force reviewed the progress of matters raised in the previous meeting and checked the overall status of the project.
Deputy County Governor Jo Yeomoon emphasized, "For the prompt completion of preliminary procedures for the construction of support facilities such as the Baekmudong Support Center, observation parks, and parking lots, inter-departmental sharing and cooperation are essential." He added, "In particular, please make thorough efforts to maintain hiking trails and guide signs for the safety of visitors, and actively work to ensure smooth project progress by addressing issues discovered during the pilot operation of the mobile app scheduled to launch early next year."
'Orrego(GO) Hamyang' is a mountain climbing completion certification project that involves climbing 15 famous mountains over 1,000 meters within Hamyang County, including Jirisan and Deogyusan National Parks.
