After the Summit, the 'Wilmington Declaration' Announced... Concern Over Countries Strengthening Military Cooperation with North Korea Targeting Russia
The leaders of the Quad (security consultative group comprising the United States, Japan, Australia, and India) condemned North Korea's pursuit of nuclear weapons and its repeated ballistic missile launches as military provocations, reaffirming their commitment to the complete denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula on the 21st (local time).
Quad leaders including U.S. President Joe Biden, Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, and Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida announced these points in the "Wilmington Declaration" issued after their summit in Wilmington, Delaware, USA.
The leaders emphasized, "We urge North Korea to comply with all obligations under United Nations Security Council resolutions, to refrain from further provocations, and to engage in substantive dialogue."

The leaders also expressed "deep concern over countries strengthening military cooperation with North Korea, which directly undermines the global non-proliferation regime (of weapons of mass destruction)," criticizing Russia for enhancing military cooperation with North Korea.
