Accepting Applications Until 6 PM on the 4th of Next Month
Shinsegae Group will conduct an open recruitment for new employees from the 20th through 2025.
The Shinsegae Group affiliates participating in this recruitment include Emart, Shinsegae Department Store, Starbucks (SCK Company), Shinsegae International, Shinsegae Property, Shinsegae DF, Shinsegae Simon, Shinsegae Construction, Shinsegae I&C, Shinsegae Central City, and Shinsegae Live Shopping, totaling 11 companies.
The application submission period is from 10 a.m. on the 20th until 6 p.m. on the 4th of next month.
The results of the document screening will be announced at the end of October, followed by interview screenings. Successful interviewees will then undergo company-specific internships (4 to 7 weeks) starting January 2025, after which the final candidates will be selected.

To assist with the open recruitment announcement, Shinsegae Group plans to conduct online and offline recruitment promotional activities for each company. A Shinsegae Group official stated, “In the rapidly changing distribution environment, it is important to cultivate new talent who can view the market and customers from a different perspective than before,” adding, “We look forward to the active interest and applications from talents who will lead the future of Shinsegae Group.”
