US Weekly Mortgage Applications Increase by 1.4% Compared to Previous Week
The number of mortgage applications in the United States increased by 1.4% in the second week of September compared to the previous week, the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA) announced on the 11th (local time).
The week-over-week increase rate for the first week of September was 1.6%, showing a slight decline in the growth rate.
The mortgage application growth rate recorded 16.8% on the 14th of last month, then decreased by 10.1% the following week, and has been increasing for three consecutive weeks since the 28th of last month (0.5%).
