Seoulliger Decides on 10 Billion KRW Third-Party Allotment Capital Increase
Seoulliger announced on the 10th that it has decided to conduct a third-party allotment paid-in capital increase to raise approximately 10 billion KRW for operating funds and other purposes.
New shares of 14,925,371 common stocks will be issued at 670 KRW per share. The third-party allotment recipients include Sesim Co., Ltd. (the company's largest shareholder, 5,971,490 shares) and Jayden & Company (LLC) (a special related party of the largest shareholder, 4,477,611 shares), among others.
