HD Korea Shipbuilding & Offshore Engineering Wins Order for Two LNG Bunkering Ships Worth 247.9 Billion KRW

HD Hyundai Group's intermediate holding company for the shipbuilding sector, HD Korea Shipbuilding & Offshore Engineering, has secured orders for two LNG bunkering vessels, which supply liquefied natural gas (LNG) fuel at sea.
On the 5th, HD Korea Shipbuilding & Offshore Engineering announced that it had signed a contract with a European shipping company to build two 18,000-ton LNG bunkering vessels. The order value is approximately 247.9 billion KRW.
The two LNG bunkering vessels ordered this time will be built at HD Hyundai Mipo and are scheduled for delivery in November 2027.

Including this order, HD Korea Shipbuilding & Offshore Engineering has secured a total of 150 vessels (including one offshore facility) worth 16.97 billion USD so far, achieving 125.7% of its annual order target of 13.5 billion USD.
