Gyeonggi-do Recruits Participants for SME Youth Worker Support Program... 4.8 Million KRW Provided Over 2 Years
Gyeonggi Province is recruiting 2,700 participants for the second round of the ‘Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) Youth Worker Support Project,’ which provides up to 4.8 million KRW in local currency over two years as wage compensation for young workers employed at SMEs within the province.
Eligible applicants are young residents of Gyeonggi Province aged between 19 and 39 who work at SMEs in the province for at least 36 hours per week and earn a monthly salary of 3.34 million KRW or less.
Applications are open from the 5th to the 11th of this month and can be submitted online through the Youth Worker Support Project website (youth.jobaba.net).
Gyeonggi Province will select recipients based on the lowest monthly salary (health insurance premium), considering factors such as length of service and duration of residence in Gyeonggi Province. The results will be announced on the application website on October 15.
Selected youth will receive up to 600,000 KRW quarterly, totaling a maximum of 4.8 million KRW, in local currency after quarterly eligibility verification.
