Spreading a Healthy Organizational Culture Free from Sexual Harassment
Yangsan City in Gyeongnam held a campaign for the creation of a gender-equal organizational culture on the 3rd at the main auditorium of the Yangsan Culture and Arts Center.
This campaign was organized to foster employee participation and spread a healthy organizational culture free from sexual harassment, with the goal of improving discriminatory practices and customs. Banners were placed at the campaign site and promotional items were distributed to help employees easily understand and take an interest in the initiative.
Additionally, the city is operating a self-learning system to enhance gender sensitivity. The self-learning system is designed with videos, images, and card news for easy understanding, greatly helping to establish correct gender awareness and create a healthy organizational culture.
