On the 27th, Vice Chairman Hak attended the Grand Koleos introduction event held by Renault Korea at the Renault Busan plant and stated this. He introduced it as "a new product that will be a milestone in the group's global vehicle lineup" and said, "It is equipped with the best infotainment and the best NVH (noise, vibration, and harshness) technology."
He added, "Among the vehicles Renault has made, the Grand Koleos is the most outstanding vehicle, and I especially think it excels in terms of connectivity."
Stefan Deblaes, President of Renault Korea, who also attended the event, said, "I hope this will be an occasion to well preserve the spaciousness and comfort of the Grand Koleos, which was made with great care," and introduced, "Starting with the Grand Koleos, we plan to steadily proceed with plans to make the Busan plant a hub plant, including launching the electric vehicle Scenic next year."
The Grand Koleos released by Renault Korea this time is a successor to the 'Koleos,' Renault's first sports utility vehicle (SUV). The name was created by adding 'Grand,' which means 'great' or 'stylish.' It is also the vehicle that Renault Korea newly launched in the domestic market after four years. Since its first physical unveiling at the Busan Mobility Show in June, the cumulative number of contracts for the Grand Koleos has exceeded 13,000 as of the day before.

It is released in two models, hybrid and gasoline, and the hybrid model's fuel efficiency is 15.7 km/l (based on the Techno trim), which is the highest level in its class. Recently, Renault Korea completed eco-friendly vehicle certification for the Grand Koleos and will start customer deliveries from June 6th, beginning with the E-Tech hybrid model.
