Woori Bank, 추진 100 Major Tasks for Improving Business Practices
Woori Bank announced on the 21st that it will promote 100 major tasks to improve outdated internal work practices and increase productivity in response to changes in the financial environment.
Last month, Woori Bank established a task force (TF) called the 'Practice and System Improvement Solution ACT' during its organizational restructuring. The TF is working on streamlining processes by reducing unnecessary work practices in sales field operations.
The TF identifies 100 improvement tasks based on suggestions received through the internal bulletin board and proposals gathered from a recent company-wide employee idea contest. To ensure effective implementation, progress will be regularly monitored and results shared with employees so that they can directly experience organizational changes. Employees who propose outstanding ideas will be rewarded to encourage continuous work improvement.
Fifteen tasks that resonate with many employees and have significant improvement effects will be proactively pursued. Representative examples include ▲establishing a non-face-to-face credit investigation request process ▲integrating overlapping work processes such as loan and foreign exchange fee reductions ▲simplifying retirement pension processing tasks.
