Among applicants who received 10 points, document screening candidates are selected through a lottery.
The deposit for Long-term Jeonse Housing 2 Olympic Park Foreon is 352 million KRW for 49㎡ and 423.75 million KRW for 59㎡. After receiving and reviewing documents from the document screening candidates, winners will be announced on October 7 through a random lottery for building and unit numbers.
