Gyeonggi Tourism Organization Launches Program to Train Young Travel Directors

View original imageThe Gyeonggi Tourism Organization is operating the 'Gyeonggi Youth Opportunity Travel Director Development' program to promote the growth of the local tourism industry and activate startups.
This program aims to discover tourism content in Gyeonggi-do and revitalize tourism startups, and will be conducted for about three months from early September to the end of November.
The main programs include ▲ networking with famous travel influencers and industry figures ▲ capacity-building startup education ▲ benchmarking luncheons at excellent sites ▲ tourism product development contests ▲ expert startup consulting, and more.
After completing the training course, the Gyeonggi Tourism Organization supports startup participants with office space (Pangyo 2nd Techno Valley), commercialization funds (5 million KRW per team), and expert startup and management consulting.
Applications for the program can be submitted online (https://litt.ly/gto_travel) or via email until the 26th of this month. Eligibility is for youth aged 19 to 39 residing in Gyeonggi-do, who can apply individually or as a team of up to three members.
The Gyeonggi Tourism Organization will select about 30 final participants through an application review.
