The so-called 'Ddarungi Rampage Union (Ddarokyeon)' that engages in reckless driving on Ddarungi bikes on the streets of Seoul is causing controversy.
According to JTBC's 'Case Chief' broadcast on the 1st, the 'Ddarokyeon' Instagram account, which is known to have been established last September, has about 2,700 followers. They post videos showing themselves riding Seoul's public bicycles 'Ddarungi' and shared electric kickboards at high speeds, weaving through sidewalks and roads.
Looking at the posts, they dangerously pass right next to pedestrians at high speed and collide with citizens. There are also videos mocking the police chasing them.
The main age group of 'Ddarokyeon' is estimated to be teenagers, as expressions like 'middle school graduate' and 'after school' appear in the posts.

They recently posted a notice announcing a 'rampage gathering.'
On the 'Ddarokyeon' Instagram, a post from last month stated, "On the 10th, we plan to hold a gathering and rampage on Dosan-daero in Gangnam-gu, Seoul. Those who can ride self-rampage (bicycle rampage), kick-rampage (kickboard rampage), or fixies (bicycles without brakes) to some extent, let's join together. Police cars, get ready to be wiped out."
