'2PM' Lee Junho buys Apgujeong Rodeo building for 17.5 billion KRW
Purchase under the name of family corporation JF Company
Lee Junho (34), a member of the group 2PM and an actor, is reported to have purchased a building on Apgujeong Rodeo Street in Seoul.
According to a report by 'Sports Seoul' on the 1st, Lee Junho bought a commercial building with one basement floor and four above-ground floors located in Sinsa-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, for 17.5 billion KRW in March this year. The land area of the building is 323.7㎡ (97.92 pyeong), and the total floor area is 830.8㎡ (251.32 pyeong).
It is currently occupied by offices, a brunch cafe, and other tenants. Lee Junho purchased the building under the name of his family corporation, JF Company.

The building was previously owned by the late actress Kang Soo-yeon, who passed away in 2022 and had purchased it in 2017 for around 8 billion KRW. Located about a 5-minute walk from Apgujeong Rodeo Station, it is considered a prime commercial area with high foot traffic on both weekdays and weekends due to its proximity to the station.
