One Way Ticket Studio's New Work 'Midnight Walkers' Submitted to Gamescom
Zombie Extraction Shooter Genre
Maximizing Hardcore Survival Fun
One Way Ticket Studio, a development subsidiary of Mad Engine, announced on the 1st that it will showcase its new title, 'The Midnight Walkers,' at 'Gamescom 2024' held in Germany on the 21st.
'The Midnight Walkers' is a PC and console FPS game combining PvP (player versus player) and PvE (player versus environment) set in a zombie apocalypse theme. Based on the narrative of 'Mr. Nobody,' who oversees a hardcore survival show, players fight to survive alongside survivors trapped in the 300-foot-tall 'Liberty Grand Center,' confronting zombies. Various incidents and objects occurring on each floor of the building, which connects to the upper levels, are realized through a realistic physics engine.
The company plans to participate in the Gyeonggi Pavilion at Gamescom to reveal a new trailer and detailed information for the first time and provide hands-on experiences. After the event, reflecting on on-site feedback, it also plans to showcase the game at the upcoming 'Steam Next Fest' scheduled for October.
