Naver and Kakao Suspend Exposure of Tmon and Wemakeprice Products Amid Unsettled Payment Crisis
Naver and Kakao have stopped displaying products from e-commerce companies Wemakeprice and TMON, which are embroiled in an unsettled payment issue.
According to industry sources on the 26th, since the afternoon of the previous day, products from TMON and Wemakeprice no longer appear in Naver's shopping search results.
A Naver representative stated, "To prevent further damage, we have temporarily suspended the display of TMON and Wemakeprice products in Naver Shopping search. Once the products are properly provided, we will consult with TMON and Wemakeprice to consider whether to resume the service."

Kakao also stopped displaying TMON and Wemakeprice products on its shopping-related service 'ShoppingHow' and temporarily suspended payments using Happy Money gift certificates. Kakao said, "This is a measure to prevent additional damage to sellers and consumers."
