Hyundai Construction Launches First Priority Subscription for 'Hillstate Doan River Park' Today

‘Hillstate Doan River Park,’ introduced in the Daejeon area, officially launched its sales on the 19th (Friday), attracting a continuous flow of visitors throughout the three days the model house was open. As a large-scale complex developed as the largest in the Chungcheong region and located in the heart of Doan New Town, known as the Gangnam of Daejeon, expectations for successful subscription were high.
According to sales officials, a total of approximately 25,000 visitors toured the ‘Hillstate Doan River Park’ model house, which Hyundai Construction opened on the 19th (Friday) over the weekend.
Visitors who toured the model house expressed satisfaction with the convenient residential environment in the area. In fact, the complex is close to Guam Station and Yuseong Oncheon Station on Daejeon Metro Line 1, and is adjacent to Dongseo-daero, Doan-daero, and Yuseong-daero, allowing easy access to Yuseong-gu and Seo-gu, the preferred residential areas of Daejeon. Additionally, the Hyeonchungwon IC (under planning) is scheduled to be newly established nearby, and it is easy to access the Honam Expressway Branch Line, Gyeongbu Expressway, Daejeon Southern Ring Expressway, and Tongyeong-Daejeon Expressway, enabling quick travel not only throughout Daejeon city but also to outlying areas.
Moreover, in May of this year, the ‘Honam Expressway Branch Line Expansion’ was selected as a preliminary feasibility study project by the Ministry of Economy and Finance. This is intended to meet the increased traffic demand expected with the development of the Daejeon National Industrial Complex (planned). Once the branch line is expanded, commuting and weekend traffic congestion are expected to ease, making travel by car more convenient.
The practical and differentiated products matching the scale and brand value of the complex also received favorable reviews. The model house featured three unit types: 84㎡A, 101㎡A, and 101㎡C. First, the 84㎡A and 101㎡A types have a 4Bay slab-type layout allowing cross ventilation, and a hotel-style dry washbasin was applied to enhance comfort and luxury. In addition, ample storage space such as a master bedroom dressing room, an alpha room, and an entrance storage room received high praise from visitors.
In particular, the kitchen received rave reviews from housewives in their 30s to 50s. The kitchen of the 101㎡A type displayed in the model house is designed as a premium dining space. The kitchen is extended to the alpha room, making the kitchen wider than the living room width, allowing ample space even with a large island and a six-person dining table. The island dining table, a recent trend, is placed in the middle to separate the cooking and dining areas, and a coffered ceiling is applied in the dining area to maximize openness. The 101㎡C type also features a wide island in the kitchen, further enhancing elegance and spaciousness.
The complex is also equipped with community facilities befitting its scale. Both Complex 1 and 2 include a golf practice range, fitness center, reading room, H i-Sup, H With Pet, sauna, laundry room, and guest house. Complex 1 will have a swimming pool, and Complex 2 will feature a private cinema. As swimming pools, guest houses, and private cinemas are rare in the area, residents are expected to enjoy various cultural and leisure activities within the complex.
Despite being a brand town apartment of the largest scale in the Chungcheong region, the reasonable sale price compared to surrounding market prices also attracted buyers’ attention. In fact, Daejeon has experienced a shortage of new supply for some time, and the sale prices are lower compared to other metropolitan cities, making it a promising factor.
The subscription requirements are also low. Residents aged 19 or older living in Daejeon, Sejong City, or Chungcheongnam-do, with at least six months of subscription to a housing subscription savings account and meeting the deposit amount by region and area, can apply for first-priority subscription regardless of homeownership. There are no restrictions on re-winning or mandatory residence periods, and the resale restriction period is six months from the announcement date of the winners. The subscription schedule is set for July 23 (Tuesday) for first priority and July 24 (Wednesday) for second priority. The announcement of winners is on July 30 (Tuesday) for Complex 1 and July 31 (Wednesday) for Complex 2, with the official contract period from August 12 (Monday) to August 16 (Friday) for five days. Overlapping subscriptions are allowed for each complex, and the initial payment is a fixed amount of 20 million KRW, reducing the initial financial burden for buyers.

Meanwhile, Hillstate Doan River Park, located in Yuseong-gu, Daejeon Metropolitan City, consists of five complexes, ranging from two basement floors to a maximum of 35 floors above ground, with a total of 51 buildings and 5,329 households. The first phase supplies 2,561 households in Complex 1 (1,124 households) and Complex 2 (1,437 households). Of these, excluding rental units, 2,113 households will be sold to the general public: 891 in Complex 1 and 1,222 in Complex 2. The model house is located in Doan-dong, Seo-gu, Daejeon Metropolitan City, and move-in is scheduled for August 2027 (Complex 1) and September 2027 (Complex 2).
