Shinhan Financial Group Revamps Website with Added IR and Shareholder Letters Sections
Enhancing Customer Convenience and Readability
Introducing Various New Contents to Strengthen Communication
Shinhan Financial Group announced on the 22nd that it has completely revamped its group website to provide optimized services to users and further strengthen communication with stakeholders.
The comprehensive overhaul, carried out over approximately four months of development, focused on three main areas: ▲ redesign for customer convenience ▲ enhanced accessibility across different access environments ▲ provision of various new content.
First, the menu structure and content placement were rearranged around frequently used functions by customers, and unlike the previous text-centered approach, the use of videos and graphics was increased to improve readability. Previously optimized only for PC environments, which caused limitations when accessed from other devices, the site now applies responsive web design that automatically adjusts resolution and layout according to the access environment, providing an optimized experience.
Additionally, new pages for the Investor Relations (IR) calendar and CEO shareholder letters were introduced to make it easier to deliver key disclosure information and CEO messages, and services comparing domestic and international stock indices as well as peer industry stock prices were added.
