"I Will Be By His Side While He Battles Dementia"
13 Years of Marriage... Maintaining a Good Relationship Even After Divorce

Hollywood star Bruce Willis (69) is battling frontotemporal dementia (FTD), and his ex-wife Demi Moore (62) is reportedly visiting him every week.

On the 21st, American entertainment media In Touch Weekly cited an insider close to Moore, saying, "Moore is heartbroken to see him fighting this terrible disease," and added, "She said she would be by Willis's side as he battles dementia."

Willis's condition has worsened to the point where he cannot recognize Moore or some other people. The insider said that Moore meets him at least once a week and added, "She will never abandon him and will not betray his expectations."

Willis and Moore married in 1987. As a union between superstars at the time, it attracted public attention, but they divorced in 2000. Willis later remarried in 2009 to Emma Heming, who is 23 years his junior.

Even after their divorce, the two have maintained a good relationship, traveling together with their respective spouses, and they have three daughters. During the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, it was reported that the two, their daughters, and their daughters' boyfriends quarantined together in one house, which became a topic of interest.

Willis, famous for movies such as the "Die Hard" series and "The Sixth Sense," announced his retirement in 2022 due to aphasia. In February last year, his family announced that he had been diagnosed with FTD. It was later revealed that the aphasia he was suffering from was also a symptom of dementia.

Moore rose to stardom with the globally hit 1990 film "Ghost" and later appeared in "A Few Good Men" and "G.I. Jane." Although she experienced a lull in the 2000s, she made a successful comeback with the recently released "The Substance."
