Seoul National University Global Social Contribution Team Holds Launch Ceremony with Jeonbuk National University Social Contribution Team

The Seoul National University Global Social Contribution Group announced on the 14th that it held the launch ceremony for the '2024 SNU-Jeonbuk National University Social Contribution Group.'

View original imageThe launch ceremony took place on the 10th with the attendance of Moon Kyung-yeon, Dean of the Global Convergence College at Jeonbuk National University, Kim Tae-kyun, Head of the SNU Global Social Contribution Group, and other officials from both sides. The SNU-Jeonbuk National University Social Contribution Group will conduct activities in the Jeonbuk region for four days and three nights from the 17th to the 20th.
The SNU-Jeonbuk National University Social Contribution Group is a project that establishes a cooperative system among key national universities, allowing students from each university to exchange capabilities and carry out practical activities together. Sponsored by the Seoul National University Alumni Association and involving the law firm Yulchon and the nonprofit organization Onyul, the project aims to expand opportunities for SNU alumni to participate in contribution activities.

Students from both universities will form teams to carry out social contribution activities targeting members of the community with migration backgrounds. SNU alumni members will serve as mentors, conducting exchange programs that utilize the expertise of the alumni.
