Ryugyeonggi Jungnang-gu Mayor Engages in 'Communication Administration' through Meal Service Volunteer Work at Senior Centers
On the 8th, Ryu Kyung-gi, Mayor of Jungnang-gu, visited the Myeonmok Comprehensive Social Welfare Center Senior Dining Hall to encourage the staff and volunteers, and served meals to 165 elderly citizens.
Mayor Ryu, believing that "the answer lies in the field," has consistently conducted meal service activities, and this is already the 20th time since the inauguration of the 8th local government.
While serving a warm meal, Mayor Ryu checked on the elderly to see if they had any discomfort and inquired about their health and well-being. After serving, he encouraged the staff and volunteers, not forgetting to express gratitude to those involved.

The district is conducting a meal delivery service for low-income homebound elderly who are unable to use the senior dining hall due to mobility difficulties. Meals and side dishes are provided to 370 elderly citizens to ensure that no seniors are left isolated without proper meals.
