Mapo-gu (District Mayor Park Gang-su) held a personnel committee meeting on the afternoon of the 5th and confirmed and announced the promotion of Song In-su, Head of the Public Relations Media Division, to Grade 4.
In particular, Park Gang-su, the mayor of Mapo-gu and a former journalist, is a grassroots politician who understands the importance of the media better than anyone else.
In this personnel appointment, Mayor Park promoted Song In-su, who has accompanied his schedule without rest even on Saturdays and Sundays since the inauguration of the 8th local government, to the position of director.
Song, a former head of the Mapo-gu media team, has supported Mayor Park’s 8th local government philosophy for two years by forming a well-coordinated PR teamwork with media team leader Lee Gi-yeon and senior staff An Ju-hyun, Jeong Min-hwa, and Gwak Kyung-hee.
In particular, Mayor Park’s projects such as the creation of the ‘Hongdae Red Road,’ the ‘Filial Piety Meal,’ and ‘Reducing Abandoned Trash’ have emerged as nationwide themes and have been actively promoted.
Recognizing these achievements, Mayor Park appears to have promoted Song to Grade 4 (Director).
