Yeongju City Recruiting Trainees for Level 2 Barista Certification for Women Farmers
Enhancing Expertise and Contributing to Job Creation
Yeongju City in North Gyeongsang Province will recruit 20 trainees for the "Level 2 Coffee Barista Certification Course" from the 9th to the 11th to support female farmers in acquiring professional skills.
The course will be held from the 25th of this month to August 9th, every Thursday and Friday, for a total of six sessions at the Agricultural Food Processing Education Center within the Yeongju Agricultural Technology Center, combining theory and practical training.
This training, conducted by an instructor dispatched from a professional educational institution, will cover the entire process required for certification, including customized instruction on espresso extraction and machine operation, coffee-based beverage preparation, and serving/practical training.
The course is open to female farmers residing in the city, with 10 participants each accepted on a first-come, first-served basis for both in-person and online applications.
Female farmers wishing to participate can download the application form from the agricultural education section of the Yeongju Agricultural Technology Center website, fill it out, and submit it in person to the Life Technology Team of the Rural Guidance Division, or apply online through the website (Agricultural Education - Course Application).
