Gwangju Gwangsan Police Station Conducts Children's Traffic Safety Education
Gwangju Gwangsan Police Station announced on the 5th that it visited Haerum Taekwondo Academy in Unnam-dong the day before to conduct on-site traffic safety education for 113 preschool and elementary school children.
This education focused on preventing children's traffic accidents by teaching the dangers of jaywalking, the three principles of safe walking (Stop, Look, Walk), and how to safely cross crosswalks. Afterward, a model crosswalk was set up for children to practice crossing slowly while raising their hands and carefully observing their surroundings.
