Deloitte Anjin Signs MOU with Samsung Life to Support Tax Consulting for Small and Medium Enterprises
Deloitte Anjin Accounting Corporation announced on the 21st that “the previous day, it signed a 'Business Agreement (MOU) for Supporting the Sustainable Growth of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) and Mid-sized Companies' with Samsung Life Insurance at the 8th floor of One IFC Building, Seoul International Financial Center, Yeouido, Seoul.” Representatives from both companies attended the signing ceremony, including Kwon Ji-won, Head of Tax Advisory Division at Deloitte Anjin, and Jung Yong-sung, Head of GFC Business Division at Samsung Life Insurance.

Samsung Life Insurance has been operating a Corporate Consulting Center that supports the sustainable growth of SMEs and mid-sized companies by providing customized solutions to many practical difficulties faced by CEOs during business management.
Through this MOU, Deloitte Anjin plans to provide comprehensive tax consulting services related to ▲ tax diagnosis ▲ mergers and acquisitions and spin-off reviews ▲ business succession ▲ consultant training as a tax consulting partner for the SMEs and mid-sized companies held by Samsung Life Insurance’s Corporate Consulting Center.
In particular, by communicating more closely with companies requiring consulting through Samsung Life Insurance’s Corporate Consulting Center, it is expected that customized tax solutions for companies will be effectively supported.
