Jinju City to Host 'River Night Jinju Candle Light Concert'
Jinju City, Gyeongnam will host the "River Night Jinju Candle Light Concert," a nighttime classical performance with candles, at the Baek Nyeon Madang of the Railway Culture Park at 8 p.m. on the 22nd.
The Candle Light Concert is a high-quality classical performance that has been enjoyed by over 3 million people in more than 100 cities worldwide. It is part of the "Korea Night Night Gokgok" tour, jointly held in 10 cities designated as specialized night tourism destinations in Korea.
This performance will be held at the Railway Culture Park, an emerging landmark and urban healing space in Jinju, and is open to everyone free of charge. Visitors can enjoy inspiring music surrounded by thousands of candles.
The performance will feature the Naon Trio, consisting of piano, violin, and cello, who will play beloved classics from Disney animations such as The Little Mermaid, Aladdin, and Beauty and the Beast in beautiful classical arrangements.
In addition, there will be an event where visitors who follow Jinju's official night tourism SNS account and participate in a satisfaction survey will receive a "Hamo" souvenir.
A city official said, "We hope many people will enjoy the Candle Light Concert and create special memories of Jinju's night with family, lovers, and friends in a romantic atmosphere filled with sweet music."
