Sancheong County Encourages Participation in Sancheong Stamp Tour for Prizes
This Year's Mobalil Stamp Tour to Be Held
Sancheong County in Gyeongnam announced on the 11th that it will hold the '2024 Mobile Stamp Tour in Sancheong' until December. This event has been organized to revitalize tourism by increasing the length of stay for visitors.
The event is open to all citizens nationwide except for county residents, and features 29 courses including Jirisan Cheonwangbong, Namsa Yedamchon, and Donguibogamchon. Participants need to collect stamps from at least five out of the 29 courses.
Sancheong County plans to select 50 winners each month by lottery and provide them with Sancheong tourism character merchandise. Upon collecting five stamps, participants will receive a 'Sani' griptok; for eight stamps, both a griptok and a keyring; and for twelve stamps, a random tourism character doll.
If a stamp is collected after climbing Jirisan Cheonwangbong, a 'Sani' keyring will be given. Participation is possible by installing the stamp tour app and registering as a member on a mobile device, then joining the 'Gyeongnam Sancheong County Mobile Stamp Tour.'
An official from Sancheong County said, "We hope this event will serve as an opportunity for people to become interested in Sancheong's excellent tourist attractions," and added, "We look forward to the interest and participation of many visitors."
