Discussion on Sharing and Promotion Plans for the Old Downtown Comprehensive Plan (Draft)... Setting Project Directions According to the Old Urban Maintenance Act
Gangseo-gu, Seoul (District Mayor Jin Gyo-hoon) held the 'Public-Private Joint Old Downtown Revitalization Promotion Committee Meeting' at 4 p.m. on the 23rd in the district office's large conference room.
At the meeting, the 'Comprehensive Plan for Old Downtown Revitalization (Draft)' was shared, and strategies for the successful promotion of redevelopment projects were discussed.
The comprehensive plan included ▲ basic installation directions based on the aging of buildings and the status of infrastructure ▲ characteristics of redevelopment projects by type in aging residential areas.
On this day, the committee members also exchanged opinions on the district's response direction according to the Special Act on the Maintenance and Support of Aging Planned Cities, which was enacted in April.
The district plans to actively express its position and implementation plans regarding the redevelopment measures for the Gayang and Deungchon housing districts in accordance with the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport and Seoul City's basic plan establishment schedule.
