On the 21st, Gyeonggi Province signed a business agreement with Gyeonggi Transportation Corporation and KT Corporation to introduce and operate an AI counselor for the Disabled Call Taxi (special transportation service) starting this July.
To address the issue of delays in connecting to the Disabled Call Taxi call center, Gyeonggi Province decided to operate AI counselors through this agreement, along with increasing the number of human counselors.
The AI counselor will analyze recent travel areas of Disabled Call Taxi users to quickly assist with vehicle dispatch completion. Additionally, the connection channels for general counselors and AI counselors will be separated to minimize confusion among existing users.
