After an Argument, a Man in His 50s Stabs and Kills Acquaintance... Sent to Prosecution in Custody
A man in his 50s who fatally stabbed an acquaintance with a weapon at a karaoke room in Mapo-gu, Seoul, has been handed over to the prosecution.
The Mapo Police Station in Seoul announced on the 10th that they have sent Mr. A, a man in his 50s, to the prosecution under arrest on charges of murder.
According to the police, Mr. A is accused of stabbing Mr. B, a man in his 40s and an acquaintance, with a weapon after an argument at a karaoke room near Mangwon Station in Mapo-gu around 11:40 p.m. on the 1st, resulting in Mr. B's death.
Mr. B suffered severe abdominal injuries and was transported to a hospital but ultimately passed away. It was investigated that Mr. A was intoxicated at the time of the crime and was arrested on the spot by police on a nearby street.
