WiseAI and KAOMI Sign Agreement to Develop 'AI Dental Care Service'
Wise AI, a company specializing in artificial intelligence (AI) platforms, announced on the 10th that it has signed a joint development memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the Korean Academy of Oral and Maxillofacial Implantology (KAOMI) to expand the distribution of its new AI dental care platform, Dent-On.
Dent-On is an AI customer center (AICC) platform specialized for the dental field. It is based on Wise AI’s existing AI customer service management (CS) platform, AiU, enhanced with various functions and data necessary for dental clinic operations. From basic customer relationship management (CRM) tasks such as consultations and reservations to specialized outbound call services, AI assists in various dental hospital operations.
A key feature of Dent-On is its ability to automatically categorize customers in the hospital database (DB) by age and disease category, and to perform customer management and marketing activities by treatment stage and contact point.
In particular, the company explains that it helps reduce staff workload and maximize hospital revenue by enabling easy and focused management of △ implant and denture health insurance beneficiaries aged 65 and older △ annual scaling insurance beneficiaries △ regular checkup candidates, all of which typically require significant time and manpower for response.
Wise AI and KAOMI plan to closely cooperate to advance Dent-On’s services and expand its initial distribution based on this agreement. KAOMI is one of the major dental associations with over 3,700 dentists as members, known for its various academic and technical exchange activities and significant contributions to the development of implantology in Korea.
Hwang Jae-hong, president of KAOMI, said, “As the aging population rapidly increases, the shortage of personnel in the dental field is gradually worsening. KAOMI will spare no effort in providing professional advice for service advancement and marketing activities targeting its members to ensure Dent-On is more effectively utilized in the field.”
Song Hyung-seok, CEO of Wise AI, explained, “We have been continuously seeking ways to improve the quality of life for actual patients by supplying AI customer center platforms to numerous hospitals and clinics. As the first step, we planned Dent-On to provide excellent medical services to patients in the dental field, a representative sector of the ‘silver industry,’ without wasting manpower.”
