At the opening ceremony of the 47th Boseong Dahyang Festival held on the 3rd at Boseong Public Stadium in Boseong County, Kim Cheol-woo, Governor of Boseong County, Kim Young-rok, Governor of Jeollanam-do, Ha Seung-chul, Mayor of Hadong County, and other distinguished guests performed a celebratory opening performance scattering tea flower petals together.
