[Tomorrow's Weather] Cloudy with Rain Nationwide... Mostly Clearing in the Afternoon
On Wednesday the 24th, the entire country will be mostly cloudy with many areas experiencing rain.
Strong rain accompanied by gusty winds, thunder, and lightning is expected mainly from dawn to daytime. Hail is also forecasted in some areas. The rain will generally stop in the afternoon.
The expected rainfall over the two days of the 23rd and 24th is 5 to 30 mm in northern Gyeonggi and the five western islands, 5 to 20 mm in Seoul, Incheon, southern Gyeonggi, Yeongseo region of Gangwon, Daejeon, Sejong, Chungnam, Chungbuk, Busan, Gyeongnam, inland Daegu, and inland Gyeongbuk, and 5 to 10 mm in Gwangju and Jeonnam.
During the same period, Gangwon Yeongdong, Ulleungdo, and Dokdo will receive 10 to 40 mm of rain, while rainfall in Ulsan and the eastern coast of Gyeongbuk is forecasted at 10 to 30 mm. Jeju Island will see about 5 mm of rain only on the 23rd.
The morning low temperatures are expected to be between 9 and 14 degrees Celsius, and the daytime highs between 13 and 22 degrees Celsius.
Fine dust levels will be between 'Good' and 'Moderate' across all regions.
Sea waves will be 1.0 to 3.5 meters in the East Sea coastal waters, 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the West Sea coastal waters, and 0.5 to 3.0 meters in the South Sea coastal waters.

Wave heights in the offshore waters (about 200 km from the coastline) are predicted to be 1.0 to 4.0 meters in the East Sea, 0.5 to 2.5 meters in the West Sea, and 1.0 to 3.5 meters in the South Sea.
