Song Cheol-ho, the brother-in-law of the owner family of Hanmi Science, sold 2,000 shares.
According to the Financial Supervisory Service's electronic disclosure system on the 2nd, Song Cheol-ho, the brother-in-law of Im Seong-gi, the former chairman of Hanmi Science, and the younger brother of Chairwoman Song Young-sook, sold 2,000 shares in two transactions on the 27th of last month and the 1st of this month.
With the sale of 2,000 shares, Song now holds 40,119 shares, accounting for 0.6% of the total stake.
