The 'Gyeryongsan Cherry Blossom Cultural Festival,' the largest cherry blossom festival in the central region, will be held for 11 days from the 28th to April 7th at the Donghaksa area of Gyeryongsan.
Gongju City, Chungnam Province, expects a large crowd of spring visitors and hikers during this period and is implementing comprehensive measures to maintain public order, including operating a comprehensive control center.
In particular, the city plans to thoroughly create a pleasant environment by removing causes of complaints through roadside stall regulation and traffic order maintenance, as well as preventing and controlling safety accidents.

A city official stated, "Once the cherry blossoms are in full bloom, we expect a significant influx of spring visitors to the Donghaksa area," adding, "We will devote ourselves to providing convenience for citizens and tourists as well as ensuring that no safety accidents occur."
