US Urges UN Security Council for Immediate Ceasefire in Gaza Resolution
The United States has submitted a draft resolution to the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) calling for an immediate ceasefire in the Gaza Strip, Palestine.
According to AFP, U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken, who is visiting Saudi Arabia, stated in an interview with local media Al Hadath on the 20th (local time), "We have submitted a resolution to the Security Council demanding an immediate ceasefire linked to the release of hostages," adding, "We hope that countries will support this."
